Dr. Rohan Shah holds a Doctorate in Business Philosophy and brings over 25 years of operational expertise in India, alongside 15 years of experience in the UAE, Qatar, KSA, and Kuwait. A seasoned property investor, he has successfully managed over 100 million in real estate transactions in the UAE. Driven by a passion for philanthropy, Rohan and his organisations have been recognized with awards for his charitable work in India, reflecting his commitment to making a positive societal impact.

Moubin is the Founder & CEO of GetGround the UK’s leading all-in-one property investment platform. Prior he was an Investment Professional at Apax Partners working on leveraged buyout transactions with an aggregate enterprise value of $2.5bn. He has also worked at McKinsey & Company as well as qualifying as a Medical Doctor from Imperial College London.
